I'm using strong app to track my workouts.
Is there another one that's simple to just put in what i do and track my progress?
This one wants me to pay monthly for the pro version :/

I use a spreadsheet, print out, type results in once a week and review.
Fitnotes is my dailydriver
I use gymrun, it is pretty good
fpbp
Google sheets - design and maintain on a PC, update in the gym in real time accessing it via the mobile app
Symmetric strength is the best if you're just logging progress
Fitnotes is better and really simple
Based. I used to use one but sweat dripped on it too frequently

I use personal training coach
I use personal training coach. There's ads when you finish your workout but thats it. Otherwise it's a nice and easy to use app. Pro unlock is only 10 dollars forever so thats up to you.
Same. I bought the full version. It's nice that it has a bunch of routines already preloaded. Worth it imo.
some user shilled progression app, been liking it so far, a step up from my google sheet tracking. Analytics and fancy graphics are behind a paywall but I don't really care bout those.
Today's OHP day so I'm hyped.
>workout apps
fucking zoomers
Why the fuck would I bring MORE shit to the gym when I'm already bringing my phone? Retard.
It have a name?
it's called progression fampai. you will recognize the logo.
Unironically the stronglifts app. You can add your own exercises and yeah. Pretty nice. It builds the graphs which you can choose to export
Use a Microsoft note app then or something. Workout apps are for low t faggots
