I just go in and do 3x5 of either bench squat or deadlift, then some accessory work accordingly. Like face pulls for bench some calf raises and leg extensions for squat hamstring curls for deads etc. Usually in and out around 30-45minutes

I go in the morning before work, or in the evening with friends. In the morning this takes me between 50 mins - a little over an hour, in the evening with friends it's 1.5 hours up to as much as 3 hours.

All compounds and bodyweight are done for 5x5, all accessories done for 5x12. on compounds I dynamic warmup to a 1rep then come down and do 5x5 at the highest weight I can. Accessories do not get warmed up. Strict form on everything, if form is not strict it doesnt count and I drop the weight

1) Push shoulders
Compounds: Ohp (50kg), bench(75kg), Dips (bodyweight)
Accessories: Skullcrushers (40kg), Side lat (8kg), Facepulls (idk, its a little over half the stack)
Run home (1 mile)

2) Pull legs
Compounds: Deadlift (130kg), Barbell row (60), lat Pulldown (62kg) (will be pullup once I can do 1), Squat (100kg)
Accessories: Barbell curls (30kg), leg press machine (80kg), goblet squats (30kg), hamstring curls (not sure, a little below half the stack), superset of tricep work (15-25kg)
Run home (1 mile)

I have an upperbody leftside inequality so im thinking of swapping out some of my compounds for dumbell equivilants for a while.

Each day has 4-5 different exercises and 16-18 total sets. I tend to overdo it but I think that's not too much while it is satisfactory

Your abs are probably weak, so your back takes a huge load on during sit-ups. Nothing to be ashamed off. Just do other exercises. Like hanging leg raises, planking, etc.

front squat - 5x5 - 20lb each side of the bar
military press - 5x5 - 20lb each side of the bar
deadlift - 5x5 - 35lb each side of the bar
curls - 2x8 - just the bar
dips - 2x8

T-Bar rows with a barbell on a pivot with 3 plates and one 25 lb plate, 3 x 10
Wide grip lat pulldowns, 4 x 10
Reverse grip pulldowns, 4 x 10
Hammer curls, 40, 45, 50, 55 8-10 reps
Seated incline curls, 30 lbs, hold and squeeze at the top for about 2 to 3 seconds, 3 sets of 8-10
