150g diced chicken breast 2 large eggs (scrambled) 1 cup grilled onions/green pepper mix 1 cup cooked spinach 1/4th tube of premade pizza dough 1/4th cup of mozzarella cheese 2tbsp BBQ sauce
Roll out pizza dough to preferred size and bake at 400°F for 6 minutes
Remove from oven and add sauce and toppings, cook for another 6-8 minutes until done to your liking.
It takes me about an 30 minutes to pre-cook the diced chicken breast (cooks really fast- 5-6 mins on frying pan because it's diced) and grilled veggies. Do it in weekly batches so you only have to do it one day a week. Then it only takes like a minute to scramble an egg, combined with the 15 mins of oven cook time. Literally less than 20 minutes of effort every day and it tastes great, user.

Lentil and Chicken Omlette:
150g diced chicken breast 1/4th cup dry lentils 1 cup spinach 2 large eggs 1/3 cup cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to season
Cook lentils and chicken ahead of time. Weekly batches is easier. Combine chicken, lentils, spinach, and salt and pepper together and cook on low heat for 15-20 mins until you have a kind of lentil mash.
Beat 2 eggs and start to cook on medium heat. Add cheese and lentil mash and cook to your preference. Fold over and add more salt and pepper to taste.
Last one from me. You can tell I start with a base of chicken breast and eggs.
Chicken Fried Rice:
150g diced chicken breast 1 cup cooked brown rice 2/3rds cup frozen peas and carrots mix 2 large eggs 1 tbsp olive oil
Pre-cook diced chicken breast in a pan. Add rice, thawed peas and carrots, and olive oil to the chicken and cook on medium heat until it starts to fry.
Add 2 beaten eggs near the end and stir until egg coats the other ingredients. Fry for another 3 or so minutes.
No problem user. Forgot to mention that you can cook with onions sauce or add it at the end.

This thread is relevant to my interests. I will be starting a 6 week fat loss competition. I need to lose 6% body fat in 6 weeks, and my biggest challenge will be making healthy meals that are ENJOYABLE to eat. When I cut I usually stick to brown rice, chicken, and boiled broccoli. It gets boring, bros.

1. Mince maybe 8 decent sized garlic cloves and 5 red chili peppers (or to taste) 2. Crush in mortar and pestle for extra flavor 3. Cut up 500g (~1 lbs) of chicken breast into bite-sized pieces 4. Fry garlic and chili in your oil of choice until fragrant 5. Add chicken and cook until it's done 6. Add 2 tbsp onions sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optionally also 1 tbsp of sugar) 7. Add a cup of fresh basil leaves if you happen to have it, let them wilt in gentle heat 8. Serve with rice and a fried egg, possibly with veggies of choice
Classic thai basil chicken. Bonus points if you happen to find thai holy basil, but fresh herbs are so fucking expensive here that I usually just skip it.
