Been over 5 days since I ate and I am slow cooking pulled pork. I am doing the hikki diet (only eat once every 5 days) >pic related I have to wait maybe 7 hours until I can eat, would think I would be hungry by now but I have surpassed human desire to eat from this diet.
What are you guys eating for dinner? >on any diet >favorite food?
Breakfast >3 eggs >2 slices of turkey bacon >1 serving of shredded cheese >1 serving of quick oats >1 serving of PB fit peanut butter powder >1 1/2 servings of frozen fruit
Lunch >1 1/2 servings of ground turkey >2 servings of black beans >1 small cut up golden potato (baked)
Dinner >10 oz baked chicken >1 1/2 servings of uncle bens roasted chicken rice >2 servings of veggies (carrots, green beans, wax beans)
Water/Black coffee throughout the day
It's honestly what I've eaten for the past year or so. With some things swapped out here and there but for the most part I eat the same thing almost everyday and still not tired of it. It's helped me lose nearly 170lbs so far.
As far as favorite food, man that's hard. As a former morbidly obese guy (386->217) I have a lot of favorite foods. Choosing one is like asking a parent to choose a favorite kid. I'm going to have to go with tacos preferably barbacoa, all my mexibros know what I'm talkin bout.

I'm trying to cut back on Sodium, as well as Tomatoes and Potatoes, since they are hella bad for your blood pressure. So I tried my hand on making some Low-Sodium Ramen. Instead of using Onions Sauce, which has a shit-ton of Sodium, as a base I used Coconut Aminos which has 87% less. Along with that, I put in garlic, as well as black garlic powder to bring out a bit more savory sweetness, both the green and white part of shallots, and a bit of smoked paprika, as well as a small strip of pork loin i cooked. again though, I didn't use salt. It was good, but it was also very bland. I don't know what else I should put in it to make it taste better. Maybe something spicy, like some chili powder?

I eat once a day, usually I just eat carbs like potatos or pasta or something with tomato and olives, its about 700 calories, sometimes I have some almond milk, no meat, no dairy, almost no added sugar

Nice. I managed to lose 60lbs by reducing sugar, carbs and fasting 12-14 hours a day. One week I went about 45 hours just on black coffee, beer and cigarettes. Today I might have bacon+eggs and fast until tomorrow night.

Almost everything is pre-made and reheated, even the eggs I just bake them in the oven in big batches. I should add rice somewhere in that, it's my favourite food.
sounds like you need to find better diet advice dude. there is no way in fuck that's safe. as for me i had classic hashbrowns and black coffee. my favorite food is potato goulash. if you haven't tried it you are doing yourself a disservice.
