Usually 80-90kg for 5 or 8 reps, and then usually 5-8 sets with either 5 or 8 reps.
100 and 110kg is usually triples, doubles and singles.

Built back to 120kg after two years on/off the weights. Did SS for a while, got up to 120 then started bodyweight mostly due to military shit. I'm back though, been cutting for 6 weeks and down to 73kg from 77.5

If you're heavy you're gonna put your joints through a worse circle of hell, but fucking your knees up is a reality with any body type, especially if you're a grunt.
If you want to go through with it, keep in mind that you'll sleep like shit, eat like shit and lose a ton of gains in favour of mental toughness and holding on through hardship. Just make sure that you can push through pain and you'll make it.
Unless you're attempting SOF, getting in isn't a big ass achievement
