Deadlifting more will improve your grip strength

Dead hangs really helped my grip str op

This guy knows

Grip and sip
start supplementing with OJ for added gains

>OJ
murderjuice huh

Farmers walks of your gym has space. Otherwise, thumbless grip on everything you can.

Dead hangs can be good too, with weight added. Remember there are 3 types of grip though - holding, crushing and pinching, so train the correct one.

Pls tell me which exercise to increase my crushing
I already hold my DL for half a min at the top a couple times and that helped my holding

Cable deadlift

got one of those hand grip strengthners and i do like 100-200 a day per hand while i study or watch tv. i can see some improvement and it’s only been a month

Try one of those CoC crushers

These

What's the best way to train pinch grip? My left hand seems to lack it quite a lot

Get liquid chalk it will solve your problem

that's a bad excuse bro, i have tiny wrists and never had problem with lifting heavy weights

Go bouldering.

You can do static stuff like just hanging off a bar. Maybe 2-3 fingers at a time. Just one hand. Etc. Then there's adding thicker stuff to grip around. If you don't have access to axle bars, or akin to those, just buy Fat Gripz. There's probably some DIY solution you can do instead of Fat Gripz, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle. Then there's just using more of your grip in general. Like never strapping up for any kind of back work, unless you have to. Then there's finger (wrist?) curls.

Cailer Woolam also has a vid where he goes through some grip exercises.

Pull-ups, power cleans, rack pulls, deficit pulls, rows. You’re welcome

Fair point except you have to find somewhere to do that outside a gym.

Climbers have unbelievable grip. Not ideal physiques though

there you go

Wrist rollers are a great shout. Forgot about them

Nothing you do will increase the size of your wrists and hands, it's genetic
Get some wrist wraps and be done with it

Try some pull-up-type stuff and if your wrists are really that bad you can try some towel-ups

SOME ONE TELL ME WHO THIS BIG TITTY SLAMPIG IS BEFORE I FUCKING LOSE IT

Bouldering itself won't give you this insane grip strength. Someone like Magnus Midtbo actually does grip work. Bouldering for the sole sake of grip strength to assist you in your barbell lifts is probably not gonna pan out very well.
