you can use it for farmer's walks too
Godlike, I love them
Tweaked my back so I've been staying away from traditional squats/deadlifts because they aggravate it, but hex bar has been improving my situation.
worse than a deadlift, worse than squats
what is it for?
why is it worse than both in your opinion?
It's actually better than a deadlift. Several studies have been conducted showing greater force, bar speed, and peak power output compared to regular deadlifts. It's also safer for the lower back and easier to learn for a beginner.
There is no reason to conventional deadlift anymore unless you're a powerlifter.

My back doesn’t hurt as much after deadlifting with these
Great for free weight shrugs and Farmers Walks.

These do not provide a proper lifting experience.
I hate trap bar deadlift, it feels like I'm squatting.
Kek back when I did the benzene unit I was seeing hexagons in my sleep.
They're great. Wonderful. Probably the third bar purchase you make after the regular barbell and the oly db handles, and before the ez-curl or safety squat or football bars.
At $200 for all of that, that's a steal.
