you know all the 14 year olds on here aren't getting PTs

When I was 15 and first started lifting I had this really attractive personal trainer.

sauce?

That's from a porno, personal training isn't like that in real life...

I paid one of the coaches at my gym to teach me how to load stones and clean n press a log. cost 60 strayan dollarydoos plus he threw in a program I'd rate it worthwhile

Siri

That's hot

My personal trainer does that to me all the time dude

I'm a pt user, what would you like to know?

How do I crack my back safely?

How can i safely stretch my ass for all the big guys at the gym?

Studying to be a PT currently

Not looking to actively cheat on my girlfriend with gym thots but when we train each other in class, I do weird painful stuff to girls in my class like run a barbell over their calves as a massage and make them walk on a broom so they get pain through their feet

Top tier masturbation material

i dont remember her tits being that big
did she get something done?

anyone know the name of the scene? I've been looking for like 15 minutes and can't find it

Be real with me, are the pts at the gym scam artist or what

99% of personal trainers want to help you learn the easy way
99% of people who are willing to pay for a trainer just want to be told that what they're doing is correct, and they need one form correction per week
If you hire a trainer, tell then that you want to learn squat, bench, deadlift, OHP, power clean, and anything else that will get you strong.
They will make you do accessories because Ripp is retarded, and the more variety you have in your training, the more long-term success you will have
If you just wanna look aesthetic AF, find a picture of the most attractive man you can find, and show your trainer even if you think it's impossible. Hyperbole is your best friend.

Been a trainer for close to two years. When you get certified you're barely taught the basics and then expected to be a fitness expert. Most trainers aren't scam artists. Most just don't know very much and try to appeal to the lowest common denominator.

Have also been a PT for 1.5 years and am happy to answer any questions

Also most PTs arent scammers, just kinda dumb or lacking in experience. I work with general population rather than athletes, and in a private studio rather than a large gym

Yes and no. There are two kinds of pt, the first one are those who are in love with what they do and genuinely want to help you become better and improve. The second type are those who just work in a gym because it looks cool, have 0 knowledge of anatomy and will have you doing upright rows. As a client you must be able to tell apart these two, in my experience the greatest factor to tell apart those two is that the first kind will be willing to give you a ton of information whereas the 2nd is just there for the sake of being there

I spent 2 months with a personal trainer the first time I started at the gym in August. Wasted 2 months. Made me do a lot of cardio and throw medicine balls around and do machines and never touched a free weight.

Lmao i'm a pt and shit like this is why i cringe hard at other pt's

Fuckin loved that vid. Shame she let herself go and then quit.

reality kings

Yup, I didn't know anything about about fitness, but at least I got in better shape doing retarded shit like that because I hadn't moved in 3 years. Did SS and The Bridge so I'm feeling better.
