When I was in high school, I could never bench more than 120 lbs. I was weak af. We never did OHP. Now that I'm doing LP with OHP, bench press feels almost like a joke. Hoping a don't hit my LP stall until 200 lbs on bench.
315 bench took 3 years 18-21 age, 345 bench took 5 years 18-23 (pec tear around age 22 took awhile to recover from), ohp took about 6 years 18-24 (current age) but never really focused on heavy standing ohp until this past year.

I'm exactly at 135 OHP 225 bench.
I've OHPed maybe 3 or 4 months, feels like a dangerous lift. Like today when I did it at 135, it felt like my shoulder blades were tearing off. What am I doing wrong
Are you pressing with your elbows facing in front of you with arm pits unexposed or to the side?
The Press is supposed to be a very natural movement. Your grip should be a lot more narrow than your bench though if that's not what you are doing.
I've hit 105 for 10 but still haven't put up a plate for press. Bench is pathetic at 205 but after taking a form video I see that I have to change up quite a bit.
Hopefully reach 1/2 by the end of summer. As always need to do better with the diet
Should have had pits exposed with elbows pointing slightly forward. Butt cheeks squeezed tight. Back felt a bit arched back, like tightened to pull off the lift, think that's it?

is it just because i am 25% bf that i can add 5 lbs to my lifts every week? I went from 225 bench to 325 bench in a few months. I also started at 0 pull ups but now can do 4
