Going on a hike with gym buddies tomorrow who are also forcing me to fix my sleep schedule by having it in the morning. Just found out I have asymmetrical legs so I’m gonna need to work on legs a lot and fix my form (im dyel so getting symmetry back shouldn’t take too long)

I tried some chicken salad yesterday
300g chicken + cucumber + tomatoes + lettuce + corn + kidney beans
didn't dare to use dressing. you have any tips? because this shit was really dry

don't be afraid to eat peanut butter and sugary food to get added calories, trying to bulk on 100% clean food can be a nightmare for hard gainers

I always use chicken, mayo, grapes, celery, walnuts, and a little bit of Dijon mustard myself

why? clean food's all i eat, i cant be arsed to buy candy or alcohol, i havent drank alcohol in months, havent eaten a single candy in years. simply because i cant be arsed and because it's cheaper.

Don't consume any alcohol, I'm just saying add some high calorie foods so that you get your calories without filling your stomach to the point where you're sick. Like just add 1/4 cup of peanut/almond butter for 400+ calories.

When you eat 100% clean the volume of food you need on a bulk is enormous

I've been lifting for about a year, and i've made little to no progress. I'm 6'5 and about 220lbs, i eat 3500 calories a day (i track them) and i can barely squat 176lbs for 5 reps. My body does look a little better, although i was already at 20% bodyfat when i started and i still look like a skinny fat dyel. I feel like such a fucking pathetic piece of shit, that i'm honestly contemplating necking myself at this point.

I've been focusing primarily on getting stronger, so basic 5x5 stuff with slight variations every now and again, but so far it's been nothing but plateau after plateau...i'm almost a 30 year old boomer, and ever since i was a little kid watching DBZ, all i ever wanted was to become strong like Vegeta and Goku, but it seems like i'm detsined to be a pathetic lanklet skinny fat boy pussy faggot.

I don't even know if it's worth it anymore. Maybe i should just try and look like i at least lift, even though will remain a weakling.

That is true. The gym used to be the only thing i ever looked forward to in my pathetic life, but now i dread it because i know it's nothing but failure after failure.

You're a hungry skeleton, user. You will not get fat. Get the image of a shredded bodybuilder out of your mind, you will never look like that anyway unless you take gear. Accept that slight fat gain is inevitable for a natural lifter on a caloric surplus. Figure out your caloric maintenance, then add 500 calories to that.

If your REALLY skinny though, don't even worry about counting calories and do GOMAD.
