I use the SL5X5 app to track my workouts
Would switch to GSLP but not sure if there's an equivalent app for it

Everytime I see one of you fuckers on your phone at the gym I just want to smack the shit out of you. When someone hogging the bench is on their phone, I just change the weight with them still on the bench. They always look all confused and tell me they're still using it, and I say "You're doing everything but using it. This is a gym and you're not working out. I will call the manager if you don't leave the bench now". Don't have to wait to use the bench ever since.
Again, fuck zoomers.

I got sick of bringing a pen and notebook to the gym to track my sets so I switched to an app.
I was using an app called GymBook and Gymaholic, but someone on Jow Forums recommended Strong and I switched to that.
It's great. It saves my workouts, remembers what I lifted last time, and doesn't do any fancy shit other than tell me what my next exercise is.
