36-24-36, but only if she's 5'3.

0.25/0.5/3/4

Women upper body strength is fucking pathetic

TODD GETTING MOGGED

>0.25
there's no fucking way the average woman can't do that

0.5/1.25/2/2.5

In highschool I remember most women couldn't bench the bar

I know a thot that bragged to me how she can ohp 20kg after 5 years lifting
Needless to say this dumb slut is doing 95% ass exercises

It's always shocking to me when I'm reminded how weak the average untrained woman is. Most of them can't do a single pullup or pushup.

This sounds the most reasonabe. Any sources to back this? Would you consider a woman strong if she can do this much?

Sorry I'm somewhat of a newfag. What do those numbers mean?

i'm somewhat [adjective]
i'm something of a [noun]
you're welcome

Thanks, Mrs. Williams. Now, can you tell me what those numbers mean?

1pl8 ohp, 2pl8 bench, 3pl8 squat, 4pl8 deadlift

this sounds about right

I plugged the numbers into symmetric strength at 150lbs and got this

Damn, that's pretty good. I'm gonna tell my wife this is her current goal

LURK MOAR

they're rep numbers just like you'd see on a training program.

My little sis could bench 135 after two months, but she's 5'11 and 145lbs, and does sports, so she's probably an outlier

1 loving husband
2 well trained doggo
3 home cooked meals made per day
4 healthy children

it’s about 0.5/1/2/3
