Artificial sweetener

Don’t those cause cancer?

Salt and pepper

Scoop of you favorite protein powder

Use it as sour cream or add whey

make tzaziki

>6 fucking grams of sugar
It’s plenty sweet enough you fucking bitch.

This. Chocolate whey makes it a tastey pudding

everything does sweetie

realise food isn't always supposed to taste good.

use stevia

You should be adding sugar.
Did you time travel here from the 80s? Sugar bad! Lmao

Mix in your whey or amino of choice

>nonfat
ngmi

That's your problem, mong. Full fat greek yoghurt is fucking delicious. I haven't tried fat free because I'#m not a homosexual.

OP I am unironically eating Fage greek yogurt even as I type this. Add some Stevia to it, just enough to counter the tartness. Tastes fucking awesome. Also get the 2% not 0% a little fat won't hurt you and it's got a much better texture.

>because I'#m not a homosexual.
Yes, yes you are, sweetie, don't deny your true nature.

Is stevia safe to eat?

Try skyr.... Icelandic yogurt. Super thick and creamy like the best Greek yogurt, but low fat. No binders or bullshit to make it creamy, it’s creamy because they use rennet in the process to make it.

I only save pics like this because I want to look like him, not because I like him or anything, sheesh!

Whole fat plain Greek yogurt + 1 scoop vanilla whey + 1 cup frozen blueberries
Stir the whey first until smooth, then stir in the blueberries. 410 calories, 45g protein, 23g carbs, 14g fat. This shit tastes better than most ice cream, I eat it every day.

I've been using stevia for more than 10 years and can't say I've experienced any negative effects of any kind from it. Conversely I've had negative side effects from aspartame and sucralose. I can wholeheartedly endorse the use of stevia.

Yeah, stevia and jack fruit sweetener are the two best low cal sweeteners I know of. Zero links to cancer that I am aware of.

LOL easy man I was just kidding with you, just some innocent harassment.

Try this some time, it's fucking incredible:

i add honey and raisins maybe some oats

I actually get more than enough protein daily from just normal food so I don't buy or need powdered protein sources.

NO YOU'RE THE GAY ONE

I bought these in blueberry and another flavor. But i'm wondering something about the 'stats'.

I saw someone post the back-side of a regular one on Jow Forums, and it said 15gr protein, while at my country they show 11gr of protein (per 100gr) for the regular ones.

The flavored ones still have 8,9.

Different serving size? Mine says 19 g per 175g. Which would be 10.85 grams in 100g serving.

geez calm down junior

Ahh, that's probably it. 15gr seemed a bit too good to be true.

Buy whole fat Greek yogurt

Just fucking eat it and learn to enjoy the flavor instead of needing everything to taste like sugar, fat, or salt. If you can't eat what is effectively some sour cream without needing to change it, you have both the palette of a child and the willpower of one, too.
Seriously, it doesn't taste bad. Your entire perspective of what "tastes good" has been adultered by mass-manufactured food that is artificially filled with sweetners, salt, and fats.

Also, this user is 100% right. Skyr is better in every way compared to greek yogurt.

Powdered peanut butter and stevia. Raspberries and blackberries are great too.

Powdered cinnamon and ginger.
Cocoa powder.
Paprika/cayenne/hot sauce.
