idk about weed but CBD helps me get to sleep on time and sleep deep every night. Gains started picking up big time because I was getting decent sleep

this

Honestly think weed's best use for me is just turning off my brain so I can sleep.

I'll vape thc occasionally but I dont think it helps with lifting or fitness other than for increasing appetite. As far as I've heard it fucks with your sleep cycle

does it supress REM as THC does?

weed could give you the best gains of your life if done correctly
>be me, smoke 3 times a day
>have many friends including a 3-4 girl "harem"
>go schizo
>lose everyone i cared about and loved
>at home every day real neet life
>remember Jow Forums r9k from when I was depressed
>get on fit and work out every day and smoke to eat 3.2k calories daily
>stopped smoking but kept the gain and schizo

Man I just wish Sativa wasn’t such a big deal. It’s not enjoyable at all to me. No one seems to like indica. It’s all Sativa or hybrid now.

I sometimes smoke a small amount after workouts, helps me fall asleep quicker and I dont notice anything the following day.

I've smoked on and off for a long time, heavily at times. I reccomend smoking in the evening and not very much if you do partake.

beautiful painting. its santiago right?

So just use edibles, you hipster

also most street dealers sell indicas because of the higher yield

Me! I'll smoke some before a workout and/or after.
I work out alone in a home gym. With either music on or some Netflix so it's not freaky quite.
Being high helps with the boredom. Even with the entertainment I just feel way less stressed.

Why don't you enjoy sativa?

>muh weed

air pollution kills more people than smoking these days

>Weed Causes Deficits In Dopamine Release:
Doesn't THC stimulate the release in dopamine receptors which is the main reason it causes psychosis in some people?

I know a guy that got into weed and it's the only thing that he can basicly talk about now.
>weed legalised there
>weed costs that much
>some guy got caught
>bruh, you need to smoke some weed
He's an okay guy, but it's like the only thing he thinks about anymore, honestly and I find it kind of sad. And he gets very defensive when you call him out on it, or say anything bad about smoking it. Don't fall for the meme, guys.

Daily weed smoker for over 10 years (rely on it to sleep). Anyone ever find a way to counter the rem suppression? Phenibut is the only thing thats ever seemed to work but I’m paranoid about taking it more than a couple times a week.

10,000 people die from air pollution a year just in London alone (apparently)

People like this are so pathetic, how can you revolve your whole entire life around one substance?

this was 2015 too...

theguardian.com/environment/2015/jul/15/nearly-9500-people-die-each-year-in-london-because-of-air-pollution-study

I’d eat edibles if I moved out already (still have one year before that happens) and just cook them myself. In my area it’s not mostly indica it’s almost all Sativa.
For a few reasons. It makes me paranoid and anxious so I don’t even enjoy the high I do get but I like an indica high much more. The type of high where you’re all relaxed and loose and can just be lazy with and really get into music. I don’t smoke often at all but when I do I’d prefer it be the kind of high I want you know

>published in European Heart Journal
>largest proportion of early deaths attributed to air pollution are among those who die of heart disease
Thanks for not being a faggot, but it's just odd to me that cardiovascular disease in (I'll assume in) Europe can be tied directly to pollution and nothing about diet. It seems that it can be a bit disingenuous, but I'll look into it.

Maybe I should take some pre workout then...

Weed is unironically most soi drug

You post all this shit in order to stop anyone responding to it as it's nigh impossible to do so in any reasonable amount of time.
kill yourself.

>telling me what my intentions are
You're mad because I'm right

That's exactly what your intentions are. I used to do the exact same shit in debate club. I fucking meta-gamed the shit out of that. You just need to make more points on the internet to make it effective.
Cease your faggotry. Nobody wants to trudge through ~20 shitty studies, pointing out glaring flaws just to prove you wrong in an inconsequential internet argument.
