Can I get a routine rate? I work out the same thing everyday and have been doing so since December, I know I’ll get shit on but I’d like some genuine advice or criticism as this board got me into fitness

Should I change it up? I’m thinking of adding volume but every month I see some improvement so it’s nice for me and it’s a short workout. Also I ate right and went from 150-185 so I’m feeling fit Jow Forums.
but I'd be worried about not having rest days in between full body workouts
