In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

That’s the point though, there isn’t an ideal routine. It depends on your training experience, your goals, whether you are natural or roiding, on whether you do other sports and if so which ones etc.

Focus on the major compounds in the 4x6 rep range as main lift, then follow up with 2 assisting lifts and 1-2 iso lifts in a higher rep range, with iso in the highest rep range.
U/L days focus on compounds only in higher rep range such as 8-12 reps.
Romanian deadlifts/highbar squats for higher reps. conventional and lowbar for weight.
E.g.
Pull:
Pendlay rows 3x5 (heavy compound) for back thickness
(weighted) Pullups/chinups 4x6 for back width
2 assistance lifts:
Chest supported row: 3x10
Straight arm pulldowns 3x10
iso:
Preacher curl 3x12
Hammer curl 3x12

no, if hypertrophy is what you desire you can go for it whenever you want.
Good diet and suficient volume (10-20 sets per muscle group per week depending on the emphasis you wanto to give them or your genetic predisposition). The routine itself doesn't matter as long as you pick one and stay consistent
I think powerlifting routines are typically the best for looking good. I run Sheiko Large Load Advanced for 4 days a week and on off days I use dumbbells to work out vanity muscles like biceps and forearms. I've never seen a small dude benching 405.

How would you count the weekly sets for lats, for example
15 sets coming from barbell rows
9 sets coming from seated rows
9 sets coming from chin ups
6 sets coming from deadlifts
total: 39 sets for lats?
or should exclude compound lifts?
do chin ups count as lats AND biceps?
