How can I get as wide as possible?

I'm 6'4 180-185 lb , making decent gains and looking pretty cut. However, I don't really fill out clothes well because I'm pretty narrow for my height. What can I do to get as broad as possible as fast as possible so I don't look like a Slenderman?

I have 20lb dumbbells and a pullup bar and A back pack i put weights in for when I do burpees/pushups. How can I work on that with what I have?

Your frame changes after 18, propably to your mid twenties. Also shoulder with changes a lot with muske mass.
