I was born without a left pec major

And dont know what I should do to stay balanced (both for aesthetics and health reasons)
Picrel is my right side

And this is my left side

Only started lifting a couple months ago but there's already a noticeable difference in strength and size between the two sides
So what do I do?
Should I do bench press?
More isolation exercises?
Help me out bros

Worst set of pics ever - can't see anything.

You have both pec majors, one is just less developed.
Stabilize the shoulder on the weaker side.
Look up band exercises for shoulder stability, perform them twice daily and before you train your chest in any way.
Use dumbells for benching/OHPing for a few months and it should feel a bit more even.
rippletits has a good video for how to set up dumbells for benching that'll help with form and stability if you're having issues with DB Bench.
If you sleep on one side this can cause issues also. It's a long shot, but sleeping on your back might help.
Isolations aren't that important in regards to pec imbalances, Better to focus on your bench the most. Probably a good idea to deload and focus on artistically strict form while it evens out.

>you have both pecs
No I do not
Im not retarded, thank you very much

i don't think you have the right one either, just crazy nipples

>this spastic posting all these terrible photos that show nothing when a simple body shot in a mirror would suffice

just workouts you stupid fuck, thats probably because you lift things a lottle more iften with your right pec. Its not even noticable until you point it out Just do some bench lress and stoo asking the obvious

>every pic is 4 MB too

If i was you, just train Incline for chest, so your right pec major does not get that developed. Get a badass tattoo on covering your whole chest ( left and right) and stop giving a fuck cuz everything else is healthy. You have a head full of hair be happy.

I also know a guy with this

Wtf is it with you niggers and photo quality
Are you here to find pics for your gay porn folder?

This isn't even that rare, but you don't see muscular people with this often.

In your images both sides look exactly the same to me, but that's probably because of lighting or because you are a dyel. If i was you i would just try to benchpress. If that doesn't work, maybe you could try using machines

seek mental help for body dysmorphia

i think you should only work in unilateral

Why would you even get jacked if your pec looked like this? It's like shaving your head when you know you have a weirdly shaped skull.

for your chest/shoulders/triceps

you probably don't even lift if you say shit like this lol

SS+GOMAD should fix it

here you go, is that better?
I was diagnosed with this when I was born you spastic cunt
Do you really think I woudn't be able to tell If I just had a smaller left pec
pretty dyel, yes
ty will do

nice bulge

thanks
yeah I was thinking that might be a good idea
Currently the only times I use barbell for upper body is for rows and shoulder press
But was suggesting bench
So which is it? cause I keep asking different people and I always get these two different answers
>just do everything normally with proper form
or
>only do dumbbell/machines
More incline press does seem like a good idea
>stop giving a fuck cuz everything else is healthy

what is is with Jow Forums and alopecia

ywa

Dude, just... take the buzzpill

i mean we are not in your position so you need to figure out yourself what's best for you, i can only tell you what i think is better in theory so try things out by yourself at first and see what feels best, if you can't barbell bench press or it doesnt feel right then stop and find something else (machine, dumbbells, pushups... )
