Do you do PPL, Full Body Workouts or Bro splits and why?
Do you do PPL, Full Body Workouts or Bro splits and why?
Full body because I don't take drugs
Full body because I'm sensible
This
Upper/lower body split, been doing that for a long time.
post body o great natty knight of gains
I did PPL, but 6 days a week started to burn me out. I switched to GZCLP
Bro split because it's fun and I don't give a shit about absolute strength
Whatever starting strength is and 5/3/1, when I eventually switch
Used to do bro split for years (barely doing legs as a true bro splitter kek)
Now I do PPLPPLx since I have a lot of time as I'm just mostly studying for an exam. Strongest and leanest I've ever been.
push pull run push pull run rest
i just want to look good and be able to run far. nobody gives a shit about leg muscles, and i got tired of not being able to wear my old pants. am up to 10 mile runs now and feel so much better now that i don’t have to worry about snapping my shit with deadlifts or squatz
I do my own version of ppl, know as MASTER RACE GIRO'S BIG DICK PALPAL
Day 1: Push(chest)
PS: do your own routine nigger
Day 2: Arms
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Pull(back)
and so it goes on
if you actually go to the gym 6 days a week youre a gym faggot and you have no friends and prob no personality
You look bad for flexing that hard
that’s fine, it’s the best my body has looked. i’m proud of how far i’ve come.
Jesus christ that face
>i don’t have to worry about snapping my shit with deadlifts or squatz
Never gonna make it
post body
Bogged mode
thats Rippletits aint it...
Nothing gets past you user
Upper/lower every other day woekout split
was thinking doing pplxulx
been doing full body 3 times a week for 6 months
Push pull with squats on push and diddlies on pull.
Full body with a lot of accessory work for specific upper body parts.
fullbody, own routine, calisthenics + compounds, every 2nd day
I do PPLR because it perfectly fits my recovery rate. I get to train each muscle at the highest frequency I can without degrading performance or becoming sick
youre just dyel. You need to hit 1/2/3/4 for reps to post
I'm doing the
>reddit
PPL program because I got sick of spinning my wheels on SL. 6 days a week is easy if you're a NEET, but I have a manual labour-ish job and the burnout is real. Eating gross amounts of food and getting 8+hours of sleep every night without fail is the only way I'm holding together. Also added in cardio at the end of each push workout. In two months I've seen size gains that other people have noticed and made strength gains only slightly slower than SL on my compounds.
that's by the guy that made the turtle game right? why is he so fucking gay?
I do Bro splits, it's what I am used to and is also very good for aesthetics.
