I was 190lbs when i was 16, then i got obsessed with abs at around 17 and basically ate ~2000 calories for a year while doing cardio and heavy lifting
Now i am 19 and trying to put on weight wich proves to be much more difficult
But yeah, i was borderline anorexic at one point, kept blacking out, was dizzy and tired all the time, low blood pressure

How do I get a maintenance of 5000 calories a day? I’m 6’1” so what would my weight(@10%bf) need to be and how much cardio should I do on top of lifting to achieve this?

If you are 6'1 and 200lbs of pure muscle and are at least somewhat active outside of the gym you should have a maintenance of around 4000kcal

I’m neet for the next two months otherwise I wouldn’t do this. Yeah it’s harsh but doable. After the first few days I only craved super healthy shit like eggs and veggies(I used to hate veggies). But I’m losing like 0.5lbs a day doing this so I’m gonna ride it out. Only have like 3 weeks more of it before I hit 200 anyways. Then I resume a normal rate of 1lb a week.
Cool, my goal is about 205lbs natty and 215ish when I start gearing. Should be no problem just gotta make sure to do an hour or so of cardio most days

I stay hella low carb because I find that it gives me the most energy, but once a week I cheat, and carb up.

Nah it’ll mostly be shit I cook myself. Granted I will have more shit on occasion than while natty but I’ll still do my best to fit it into macros, won’t be an everyday thing. As far as roiding I only plan to stick with test, no tren or anything like that.
