No, truthfully your best bet is to go find a playground near you, go for a run starting and finishing there each day. Hanging leg or knee raises on the monkey bars, planks 1 min each side, and eat minimal sugar, consume like 40g extra protein each day. Drink black coffee and take stims. Boom abs in a month

My dad got one of those for Christmas and it's actually a solid ab workout, though you may as well just do 10 minutes of leg raises and planks after your gym sesh
