Best: Just about everything
Worst: doing "battle ropes" is a worthwhile cardiovascular exercise.
Best: lift heavy and bulgarian method (the multiple times a day all in one sesh)
Worst: probably the same as his best - it works great for early 20's males with a passion for lifting but lazyfags, fatfags, womanfags, and oldfags really don't benefit from it.

incel that thinks they can outlift their social autism
Yes.
a gymcel is someone who thinks they can compensate their autism/ugly face/manletism etc by working out obsessively. Gymcels often take gym way too seriously and working out is the most productive thing they do all week

Best - If you want to go strongman mode, eat a shit ton and lift heavy ass weight
Worst - Eating like shit and lifting heavy with shit form is not good for long term health
Best - Cant choose, he gives great advice
Worst - Hes too analytical with lifting and obsessive which can be unhealthy for normal lifters getting into it
Best - All of it, I really like when he talks about body image
Worst - He's a gymcel but aren't we all on Jow Forums
Best - Great injury prevention material. example - Facepulls
Worst - advocate of lots of strange exercises you could actually get injured doing because they are complex

Best: his novice programming is very good imo.
Worst: "if you think I'm fat then you have an eating/body image disorder", "if you track your macros to the gram you have an eating disorder", etc. he loves saying other people have eating disorders
Holy fuck this board is full of bandwagoning sheep like you. This cat has no idea what he's talking about.
The man gives good advice for the most part but I feel as if the "most scientific way to workout X" isn't the best way to approach it. If you treat your excersize selection by what the scientists will say youll definitely miss out on looking at your own weaknesses and trying things out that you like and that work for you.
For example, if Jeffy boy says that Barbell rows are the best because of some EMG data, but T bar rows work best for me building a back for whatever reason ill never know unless I spent a few months trying out each variation. Just my two cents.
Also a few of my bodybuilding friends parrot his talking points even though they're small as shit and just need to eat more and lift more

"Like I said ... you have the lower body, and you have no upper body, you got a problem, you got a problem building ... wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you have the upper body you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have an upper ... you have the you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it's easier to build. So if you have the lower body, and you don't have the upper body, it's easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem, building the lower body ... NO, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! You HAVE, the upper body, but you don't have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up-- the legs on the bottom, it's it's easier to build the top. Yeah."

Solid advice all-around, almost certainly the best fitness YouTuber who doles out excellent techniques in training. Delves in to interesting, uncharted waters in exercise science such as nucleus overload, he understands the mechanics of exercises such as how the 'shrug' movement is not what really breaks down muscle fibers, it's the stretch of having a heavy load pulling down, he has delved in to nascent research of this. He offers brilliant advice in regards to body image/dysmorphia for young men. He is really engaging and friendly with his fans. He is always looking to better himself in every regard, he is constantly reading, researching, doing all he can do in this life to get the most out of it.
>Negatives:
He has a stalker-base of incels which autistically documents everything he does and is constantly trying to dox him, his family, his friends and anyone associated with him.

Too much exercises on the volume day, his programs use way too much equipment wich is bad especially for beginners who do not need bands and chains, his total rejection of conventional training despite being time tested and working for 90% of the people and the fact he’s trying to convince you also his misogynistic views

Simply pathetic. I love women, as dumb and weak as they are they provide something men don't. A wet front-hole.
The fact that they get into sports and take themselves seriously is sad to watch.
An untrained male who "played a bit of freshmen football in highschool" can pull your 1 ROM after a month in the gym.
"I have a fitness instagram"
It's sad, it makes me pity them.

Strength is king in rehab and longevity
He doesn't make retarded claims of looking like "X roiding bodybuilder" if you just follow his program
Liquid calories ends the hardgainer myth
Hard cardio on rest days interferes with recovery
"Getting really good at running" is fucking worthless compared to lifting
His conditioning argument that if you want to make a menial task easier, getting stronger (and making that task easier) is better than doing that menial task everyday until it gets easy
Strength coaches in sports are narcissistic retards who coast off their athlete's genetic ability rather than their coaching methods. Think MMA.
Veganism is an eating disorder and not worthy of consideration when talking about health and fitness

"Athlete" to him is just a 230lb linebacker.
"Mix sleeping pills and alcohol if you have trouble sleeping"
Doesn't warn people about their rotator cuff health enough
Abs are unhealthy and unattractive
Nutrition advice is basically "get 6k calories" and that's it
I think he's underrated now. Reddit hates him since he doesn't program a shit ton of volume for no reason so he's okay in my book. Training like a bodybuilder, as a natty, while benching less than bodyweight is stupid as hell but most people don't want to take that pill.
>230lb linebacker
isn't that a pretty fucking small linebacker?
Brian Alsruhe
