I just wanted to share my progress. I’ve cut from 205 to 170 at 5’9. All of a sudden faggots are following me around the gym and into the sauna and think I don’t notice they are trying to get me to do faggot shit. Girls are giving me a lot of attention though so that’s nice I guess. Overall I’m just proud of myself and feel like this is sustainable for me. I just wish I had the courage to do a cycle so I could have kept a little more mass on my shoulders. Please bully

Thanks bro! I was born in Poland and I came here when I was 12. I met some other Polish dudes in middle school here and we started hanging out. We’d go to parks and play tag. Playing tag would quickly transition into doing parkour so me and my mates were started learning how to do flips and stuff and it was all very neat. I was the best out of the whole group because of my vaulting over things and knowing how to backflip off of things pretty well too.
Fast forward to highschool, i stopped exercising and was a 180lbs untrained average looking kid but I had a bit of tummy so I started going to the school gym and just ran on treadmills. After a month of running my Paki friends from class introduced me to chest machines and bicep curls and I loved doing that. ( i was too scared of weights to start exercising with them by myself. )
I got hooked. I started doing more weight training than cardio and very soon after i stopped doing cardio alltogether. I started to become a meathead. Fast forward a bit I bulked up to 250lbs bodyweight and got really fat ( also strong and muscular ) and started doing powerlifting. After hitting desired numbers, i cut and bulked and cut and bulked. I’m on my cutting phase right now, but I think I’ll stick around here for a bit. I like being this BW. I’ve been lifting for 3 years already.
