That's because he has high blood pressure and his heart is too weak to pump faster

Used to be below 55 when I ran and kickboxed regularly. Now I'm a fat fuck.

With that low of a bpm I bet 2mg of xanex and a beer could kill you.

My resting bpm has always been in the 100s, even as a child, y'all are slow.

Shhhh lads nobody tell him.

a few months ago it was 96bpm. When I started light exercise it got down to 64bpm. Now I'm on a calorie restricted diet along with daily cardio and four days of resistance training it hovers around 80bpm. I'm losing fat so hopefully that'll lead to better rhr in the future.

>what if I recovered too well?
The unimaginable scale of this galactic cope

I've brought mine from 90+ to around 70. I'm making it, slowly.

My resting heart rate is unironically in the high 80s - low 90s. Is this because of my size (6’6” 220lbs) or what. Im probably around 15-18 bf%

It means you need to do some HIIT a couple times a week.

god I wish that were true

I don't even do cardio lmao

This is about an hour after I woke up. Also like 16% bf right now. Wonder where I'll be at 10-12%

It is, she threw me up on the table and milked me like a cow

Imagine voluntarily strapping a tracking device to yourself and feeding it data every single day

You know they sell that shit, right? Those companies track your every step and sell that info to whoever the fuck wants it.

Just like those fucking Alexa things. Straight up spying and people PAY to get spied on. Pure insanity.

76 bpm
I am on my second cup of coffee, so don't reply to me.

Yeah Alexa's are fucking nuts. How people actually buy them I'll never know

I don’t understand the fear for this stuff. What are you afraid of, getting targeted ads? You autists act like you’re going to get kidnapped and shipped to a CIA blacksite

Generally around 58-60bpm.

no but you are a wristlet with that garmin fenix 5s

I was born in a mountanous region where people carry a genetic trait that allows their blood to over saturate with oxygen, so you are all oxygen blood saturation manlets to me.

go to wiki leaks, you'll be surprised ;^)

Currently having coffee so it's higher. I see high 50s often. Feels good to run.

How long did it take you to get a resting heart rate in the 50s or 60s? Mine is 64, and I mean resting-resting, after waking up and still in bed; but sitting at the desk I counted 72 just now. I run. I swim. I'm built like a toothpick.
What am I doing wrong?
