Real talk try some 5x5 stuff and really try to push the weight up. Your appetite and gains will follow just don't eat snacks

That depends on what lifts you're doing. Sure you might not be able to curl them (probably what you're doing) but if you can't squat them, you're at a whole other level of being weak.

If you’re being serious you should be using barbells and a routine. Not just lifting 20lb dumbbells a bunch. Google search 3 day split and follow it to a T. Go to a gym with real weights. If that’s not an option enjoy your no progress
I have knee problems so i have not been doing squats, i googled stuff to do if u have bad knees
