I am only because I just started seriously lifting this April so I'm gonna ride out bulking+ noob gains until January of next year.

Then I'll add in HIIT+calorie deficit

my gains are mediocre and my social life is almost non existent
'summer cut' was never an option

At 245 the bulk will continue into the 300s

im a beginner wanting to bulk but I feel too autistic and bad at cooking to make myself enough quality food (living out of house.. ) its hard enough being a depressed cumstain.

Getting the diet right feels a lot more annoying/harder than working out itself

No because i'm not a fat ass

>quickly pan fry vegetables and meat for every meal, sometimes throw in some eggs when it's almost done for extra proteins
>put it on top of some of the rice you cooked
>have 1 or 2 protein shakes through the day

There. Faster than going out to buy food, extremely easy, and cheap. You literally can't mess it up.

Learn to make chilli.
Ground beef, red peppers, tomato and all that good shit, can be frozen and microwaved with some rice whenever you need it.
Its the ideal bulking meal.

Also I finished my first cut recently, I was too worried of losing muscle to do cardio.

As a 41 year old I've come to the conclusion that I like beer and carbs more than having abs. I just eat and lift now. Fuck dieting.

Is milk a meme or not when bulking?

Biologically summer should be bulking season, and winter should be cutting. Naturally, all the food is available in the warmer months, and all animals fast more over winter

I just started getting back in the gym after a few years so after a month or so of getting my form down again and figuring out a schedule and shit I'm gonna bulk hard as fuck all the way through until next spring.
