I'm just a regular dude, i go to the gym 6-7 days a week, spend 1-1.5 hours max each day.
I do some cardio, ride my bike, play some football with my friends.
I don't want to spend all day lifting weights, i just want to get big and eat whatever i want
the goal is to eat like shit, have your skin break out in sores and pimples and just do max weight lift squats only

Dude a serious hardcore routine can be done 4 days a week for about 1.5 to 2 hours you're investing more time than most people

That's great and a good way to up your daily required calories so you can eat like a big boy.
So should i do a powerlifting routine instead? Right now i'm doing PPL, hence the 6 days a week figure

just do bigass heavy compound lifts with some accessory lifts that compliment your bigass heavy compound lifts and eat alot of non shitty food with a single cheat day a week.
