If you want to lose weight, its simple: CICO.

Getting fit is simple. Not easy, but simple. Cut out all sugar, specifically processed sugar. Drink only water. Eat around 500-750 calories under your maintenance level (google a calculator to find that amount out). Download myfitnesspal and track your food intake. Limit all snacks to only healthy shit (bananas, granola, maybe yogurt, etc.. no chips and shit)

Do cardio atleast 4 times a week. Start low impact, but actually put effort in. Dont listen to SS memes or any meme diets, theyre not worth it. If youre gonna lift, you need to ease yourself into it if you havent been doing it already. Download p90x and do the full stretching video a couple times first, then go into the gym and start a PPL routine and finish every workout with cardio.


None of these things Ive listed are complicated at all... its all simple. Will likely be the hardest thing you do, though, but its all up to you. Remember, the effort you put into keeping things the same is the force you face when wanting to change. Put the effort in and force the change.

You have a plethora of bad habits, so start with one. For me, I stopped drinking sugary drinks and I changed my breakfast. And then I started eating smaller portions. And then I started running and biking and doing push ups and sit ups. And now I lift.

I started 3 years ago. If I had tried to do everything at once, I wouldn't have succeeded.

No, of course not. Remnants of all my bad habits are still a part of me, and some have morphed into other bad habits. It's a constant battle, but over time, I've been winning.

Cut out all sugar. Eat more fat if possible as it will fill you up. Eat less (or no) processed foods especially processed wheat/carbs.

High Intensity Interval Training or cardio will probably be best, weight loss is good too.
