Please help me dont say >read the sticky
Please help
Build muscle to fill the skin up
You're still fat. Keep going.
keep going, visceral/belly fat is the last to go
you can do it user
Keep dieting and your fat and loose skin will be gone in a couple of months.
Also keep these questions in
Lose more weight
I have lost all that weight(44 lbs) by fasting. Now im at 132 lbs .
If will continue i will be at 110 lbs with the height of 5'7.
Do i have to still lose weight?
Thanks for the advice. I will try to become a more frequent visitor so i can learn
Start a lean bulk as soon as you're comfortable with your BF%. Post body for more accurate advice though.
I have a shitty phone and shaky hands.
HANK HILL ASS
You can lose a bit more weight, but mostly you need to lift hard and get some muscle on there
is just loose skin, not that much you can do other than lifting and trying to fill out a bit more again, if you lift for a year or two and pack on muscle it should get a lot better
Same issue as me but much worse.
When you lose alot of weight you lose the fat around your muscles and bone structure first. The last you lose is whats attached to the outer layer of skin which makes it look so shit.
Your gonna need to cut down super lean just once or surgery.
I calculated my BF% and it said i have 12% bf.
I think ii didnt took the right measurments
with titties and love handles like that your bf is probably closer to 20%.
whats your current height and weight?
>dont say read the sticky
But did you though? Honestly, it contains all the information you need, and I say that with your goal and well-being in mind.
160 cm and 60 kg
Btw i made a more acurate calculation where it explains where to measure myself. And the result was 31%
Its a lot of text and a lot of links and it makes me angry and more confused.
It may be more helpful but its a lot of information.
>not willing to read
>not willing to help oneself
>not willing to think for oneself
C'mon man, you gotta be better than this to make it.
I have hungered myself for one year. And i will make it double if thats what helps me. But im not willing to read the whole sticky and stil be confused.
>132lbs
>fasting
you're skinnyfat you dumb nog
you can't undo that look without building muscle, that's just what happens when you build up fat to begin with
if you wanted the swimmer's body then you're out of luck for the most part, but who the fuck wants that anyway?
Why are you hungering yourself my man
It's unnecessary
You're fat, or were fat, either because you're overeating or eating large doses of the wrong shit, probably both.
Stop fucking dieting/fasting and just eat the shit you know you should be eating, and make sure it tastes damn good without resorting to overloading on salt.
Fasting and eating "healthy" has got to be the biggest meme that ever was.
I just want to look more human and to be able to be shirtles
I hear you.
Start building muscle and eating to fill out the skin.
You know everybody has bodyfat all over their body, and in particular men and the lower and upper chest? It's not exclusively muscle that rounds out the look of an "ideal" body, so to speak.
It'll go away but not if you keep starving yourself. This is why most programs for weight loss focus on lean muscle exercises moreso than straight up weight loss.
Programs targeting weight loss exclusively should be done by people who are morbidly obese, and even then a therapist might be more useful than a quote unquote program that'll really just consist of
a) stop shoveling groceries down your gaping maw
and
b) start walking two-three miles a day
I can't even in good faith recommend fasting, unless you're just eating two big fucking meals a day along with a snack or two. The very idea of starving your body to force it to burn fat (which doesn't work, it'll burn whatever muscle tissue you have/had as well) is ludicrous and against everything people have known about the human body for centuries.
Cold showers every day will help.
So what you are saying is that i should eat like a normal person and try to get muscle mass?
Pretty much.
Although it's questionable if normal is really ideal anymore. Just eat a healthy dosage of carbs, fats, and especially proteins, avoiding large doses of sodium and sugars (but not necessarily entirely).
You're at a good bodyfat already, it's just a question of sculpting, which can only happen of your body is getting the work it needs as well as the fuel to alter its chemistry.
You'll probably end up gaining weight, but that's OK considering part of it will be muscle mass. Once your body normalizes itself instead of the extremity it's currently experiencing, you'll be free to lower your bodyfat again and watch your muscle relocate and replace the fat to more ideal locations, and by then your skin will have adjusted itself.
Thanks a lot. This is the greatest advice i could get. Thank you.
