Why is incline more alpha than flat?
I did 205 today on incline and it didn't feel retarded like it does when I flat bench.

Because the more vertical you are the more alpha it is, that's why ohp is the most alpha lift you can do
That's true, but you can't press as much as you can incline press, so it deducts some alpha points.
Incline bench is far superior than flat for chest development and aesthetics. Flat benching is terrible for you shoulders and isnt even that great for chest. Unless youre a powerlifters theres no reason to flat bench.

The people who say this are always just people who gave up because their flat bench sucks dick
Source? I always preferred incline to hide my gyno.
nah i don't flat bench anymore, i haven't for years. but i have a go on it every now and then and it's always way heavier than my incline.
I flat bench 4pl8 but recently switched to incline (little bit above 3pl8 atm) because it feels better on the shoulders and i get a sick upper chest look from it
>hide my gyno
do you relize that gyno is on top of the muscle? getting bigger muscle will only make your gyno more visible
You realize incline bench recruits more anterior delt than flat bench and you are even more restricted in the amount of weight you can do because your shoulders are weaker than your chest, meaning your chest receives less of a stimulus?
A lot of people's problem with flat bench is that shoulders and triceps are a limiting factor. Those smaller muscles give out faster than the larger chest.
Learn to bench with your pecs, and then hit it with some isolation and you'll be better off.
which is why i did incline, for upper chest gains.
was benching 102.5kg for 5 reps full ROM with one rep in reserve mid-cut
Switched to incline and plateud at 77.5kg for 5 reps but Ive been in a deficit by intuitively eating so theres that
I find hard unracking the weight by myself plus I feel weaker when pressing
>hard to unrack incline
What
Based
gym bench is either made for manlets or lanklets
5”10 and its weird af
If it's made for manlets then it should be perfect for you
My gym incline has a adjustable seat height. I'm 6'4" and has no problem with it.
>Can bench 3 plates
>Can only bench 1 plate incline, 2 for a couple of reps
Why?
My front delts don't even look weak though.
Prolly weak upper chest.
It's an awkward movement if you haven't done it before.
same
can overhead press 62.5kg for 5 at 69kg BW but my incline sucks
>manlets or lanklets
There is no in between manlet
>Flat benching is terrible for you shoulders and isnt even that great for chest.
t. archlet
learn to arch properly and all your bench problems will be gone.
My incline DB bench is nearly better than my flat bench, tf is going on there. Form? Weak pecs or imbalance, shit doesn't make any sense
The most alpha thing is lying on the floor with your face on the ground and pressing up from back by only rotator cuffs
Fpbp
nah if you have really broad shoulders bench requires a lot of shoulders
there is absolutely no reason to do flat BB bench unless you are a 'competing powerlifter' or an egolifter
flat DB bench is better for building stabilizer strength and strength in general
it is also a better mass builder
I stopped benching and only do incline now.
probably better more stable set up on the incline vs flat
based, that’s also why sumo deadlifts are the most alpha form you can do
Do you think she's tried to eat her own pussy
Not in my case. Flat bench is my best lift and ohp is my worst. I switched the which dick I'm riding because I want the one that's harder.
I M A G I N E
i feel flat dbb bench more on my shoulders while flat bb bench i feel more on my chest and im at proficient levels of strght
DB pressing is shit.
thats what I feel
DB incline is on another level though, can go heavy and really feel my chest doin work
Too much stabilizer muscles for me.
that's how it began
How long until upper chest gains from moving to incline?
