BRRRRAAAAAAAP!

Stop posting porn you're just as bad as the kikes. I know that's not really possible but it is bad

Sprints, burpees, jump roping. Most time efficient would just be pushing yourself as hard as possible for like 15-20 minutes.

OP you're never gonna make it. Never. Retards like you would rather spend the next 5 years lying to themselves about just needing the right routine instead of getting up and doing whatever. Run if you like running, swim if you like swimming. WHO FUCKING CARES. And stop posting porn to my fitness board you absolute degenerate.

objectively jump rope, you can do it right outside your house and if your roof is high enough inside your house

with running, walking, and biking (unless you have a machine) you'd have to worry about running into people; getting fucking mugged, talking to people you don't want to talk to, or feeling paranoid that people are laughing at you, etc

also if you fuck up and realize you have to piss/shit and you're far from home, you'll either have to hold it, shit in the woods, or use a nasty ass public bathroom

swimming's good too, but the chlorine ain't too great for your skin/hair and you still have to worry about dealing with people

do not reply to porn posters. only to tell them they are shitting up the board like gf posters on /s/ and sage all posts

Pick up a half marathon training plan and follow that. Cross train with bike.

Don't do running everyday as it is high impact you need to build up to it.

You can swim everyday.

>best and most time efficient workout please
Unfortunately, some of the benefits with cardio come with a higher duration workout, just like how some muscular gains are adaptations to volume.

So what you recommend?
Higher duration workout or HIIT stuff?

t. City slicker

Both

Buy a rowing machine and do 5 x 1000m sprints every other day

You can do a mix of both, don't limit yourself

20 min HIIT followed by 20 min LISS
(alternatively 10 min HIIT followed by 20-40 minute steady state and then another 10 min HIIT fasted with caffeine+yohimbine for some of the best fat loss, see Lyle McDonald's yohimbine protocols)

30-45 min of moderate to high steady state cardio, just hard enough that it's difficult to maintain but not a sprint where you crossover into anaerobic territory. You can maintain a fairly high intensity, like 85% of sprint output for longer than you'd expect and if you are going hard enough that calorie burn is greatest.

45-60 min low to moderate steady state. Just be cautious of overtraining your legs if squats are important to you. It'll be the more intense stuff that you can't recover from.

I personally opt for a relatively high steady state for moderate duration. I think it's that sweet spot between time spent and aerobic payoff, plus the average cal/min is equal to or greater than HIIT and absolutely greater because you're doing more time.

>Don't do running everyday as it is high impact you need to build up to it.
>don't do running everyday
>don't do track and field
>don't do cross country
>don't do football
>don't do basketball
>don't do soccer
>don't do rugby

>you need to build up to it
People involved in those sports built up to it. If you've never really ran before, you won't be used to it and you'll either get bad joints or the pain will turn you off of it completely. I'm not the guy who posted originally though, so idk what he meant.

I walk the stairs in my house six days a week for an hour. I eat my one meal for breakfast which allows me my lunch break to do cardio. it's kind of boring but I listen to music and zone out into fantasy worlds in my head. If you don't work from home, you could do it in the evening. If you don't have stairs, can't help you.

i'm suburban as fuck, just live in an unsavory neighborhood

I know a lot of people in San Diego will use the convention centers long ass staircase to workout, idk too much about using the stadiums though

i just learned to skateboard yest. it does actually take some effort. i also run.

i'd say biking is probably the best in the long run as it won't hurt your joints, or swimming if it's convenient for you.

Sadly more and more suburbs are turning ghetto.

step 1: stop posting porn
step 2: await answers

lmao

Ew look at her leathery shoulder. Fucking gross

rowing/rowing machine... literal king of cardio

Swimming. You're constantly surrounded by cooling water so you can go ages without getting tired and still burn lots of calories. Running is great for just seeing the scenery, especially if you live by the countryside. Jumping rope is great for HIIT.

is kickboxing heavy bag good for cardio?

biking is bad for your testicles though

>ghetto

You mean barrio/chinatown

Based.
