back then you could get away with being average in every way, and it was almost preferred. If you were especially tall, big, had a big dick or whatever other thing, thats all it was. Didn't matter at all, as long as you could fit in with everyone else/were able to turn it into a career.

If you just lift a ton but don’t have a massive frame you’ll look like Zyzz (which is of course an amazing body) however I think zyzz looks a bit unnatural and prefer a more masculine traditional body (which you cannot attain by lifting or dieting)

Cut out the face. The body isn't special. It's the face that makes it special. There's lots of ugly bald fucks with that exact type of physique, doesn't help them much.

I took the program i found trough the sticky. An altered SS program, but i feel like i'm missing out on chest and my back alot, seems like the program is mainly focused around squats. Wouldn't hurt to add just chest flies and possibly some dumbbell rowing exercise, no?

Just follow the sticky. You'll understand when you're older.

155-165, check out UFC fighters for realistic weights and how light they actually are and how big they look.
GSP is the same height as Statham and is under 170 for this weigh-in for example.

To be fair they are dehydrated as fuck when they weigh in. I think GSP said that when he was fighting at 170 he was rehydrating to 190-200 before the fight.
