I've got a question about a different kind of fitness. You know how soldiers get shot a bunch of times and not cry like a bitch? I'm basically planning on doing that. I'm gonna purchase a handgun and shoot myself in the leg. Exactly where can I shoot myself so I won't have any permanent or long term consequences? Also it needs to be able to be treated relatively easy because I live in the land of the free and can't afford going to the hospital jew. I've got some pretty good medical supplies and a friend that can stitch me up.

Pain tolerance is in your mind. Do hill sprints. If you don't have someone to yell at you find some music to yell at you. Just focus on pushing through your body telling you to stop.
