are you a 50 year old fat lady who is trying to lose weight?
Cherries are the best and bodybuilding
Excessive amount of glucose is bad.
it will melt your mouth, too alkaline
eat some cherries you fucking faggot. if you're worried about too much sugar cut it out from an unhealthier source.
Literally 90% of my sugar comes from fruits.
Other 10% is like a slice of bread at lunch and another at dinner.
Do you need to eat half a kilo? Eat like 10 after lunch as dessert, you no-self-control havin'...
Bad for what? The longest living populations all eat high carb diets. Just make sure to get them from whole foods, not white flour and sugar.
Sounds like a very good diet (unironically)
Glucose is literally as bad as alcohol for you liver.
Oww no, not this argument, again can you guys please not do this.
That would be fructose and it's not comparable.
You're talking about fructose. Of course the name already gives away that fruits contain fructose. But you can not compare fruits to refined sugar. Pic related is what Dr. Robert Lustig thinks about fruit. He is famous for being very opposed to added sugar in the diet and for highlighting the dangers of fructose, especially it's effects on the liver. He has a very famous talk on Youtube (The Truth about Sugar) and is the primary source for What I've learneds video on sugar, in case you watched it.

Maybe my keto brain is messing with me but something doesnt seem right here
Americans have one of the lowest carb and highest fat diets in the world. And the carbs that Americans do eat are primarily refined sugar in combination with fat, never just carbs, let alone normal food (grains, potatoes, legumes)
>my keto brain is messing with me
Looks like it, you didn't even manage to read the next sentence but decided to create a strawman instead.
>Just make sure to get them from whole foods, not white flour and sugar.
Americans don't get their carbs from whole foods, they eat sugar and other refined carbs. No one is saying that shit is good for you.
Maybe it's more than just the presence of carbs. Maybe some carbs are better than others.
