For me it’s shoulders and OHP
Favourite body part or workout and favourite lift

Incline bench press is king. Period.
>being this ugly
>still eating eggs
kek, she fell for the meme
That’s a close second for me man, I love a big arch on incline
OHP is my favorite lift and it's making me consider killing myself to make sure I never become as sadcringe as that picture.
post gf
DL, makes me feel stronk
?????
Triceps with OHP
Calm down man
I can't. Virgins are imagining what girls would say to them and it hurts my soul.
Based retard
i think i know this girl
Understandable
anything lats
Incline dumbbell bench is truly the thinking man's movement.
Squats, and legs.
Back and bend over row.
Yeah I used to hate it like everyone else but then I've noticed how fucking sexy my arms look like while doing it.
>you
>knowing any girl
Chest
Push ups
This bitch does not even cook an egg?!
Dude WTF ?!
But there are so many
>one arm DB OHP
>one arm DB bench press
>concentration curl
>lateral raises to failure
i like when i add new weight to my deadlifts and i half black out after my set
This. If you’re not seeing splotches of white light you’re not lifting enough.
its the white blood cells in the veins of your eyes becoming more prominent such that your brain hasn't dismissed them yet. I think that's pretty cool
I don't say this often but please, for the love of God, have sex
It's eother OHP or Dumbbell Flys for me.
Same and same. I really like high rep RDLs though, they fire up my back and forearms like no other
OHP hurts like a bitch
I still do it on my push day, but I don't enjoy it
Imagine having this low standard and still shitpost on Jow Forums and cry about your virginity
kek
OHP and behind the neck press mogs the living shit out of every gymbro/instathot in 90% of commerical gyms
based. my shoulders are disproportionately strong and OHP is the most alpha movement
Slight incline db flyes, love watching contraction of my titties
It's either OHP or T-bar rows for me. One of the only two major lifts I actually look forward to
continuation: Mostly because I fuckin love the mires and looks I get while stacking the bar with plates. My other major lifts are fine for my size, but I seem to do exceptionally well on these two
Dumbell bench press
Cable rows
Lat pulldowns
Leg press
Why do machines feel so good bros?
>get to 125lbsx4 with ohp for set of three
>next week can only do 117lbx4 for a set of three
My love/hate relationship with the OHP continues.
God i can relate to this feeling. Fucking hate OHP, but there's literally no substitute for it. Nothing even remotely compares.
Back and chinups at the moment. All my life I could never even do one, but now I can do four. Feels so good.
I've been exhausting nearly all training possibilities with it. For example;
I'll do 3sx6r ohp, then do 3sx3-6r pinpress 3 times per week with a total ohp pressing volume of 74 reps per week (not including bp) and incorporating microplate-style increases within the week. I'll periodize for 3 weeks max intensity of the 6 rep range, then the next 3 weeks will be spent doing heavy reps of 3s with the same rep range. She just stays in the same weight range month after month.

Grip tip from this really helped me
My secret to exploding my OHP from 125 3x5 to 165 3x5 in a couple of months is getting more serious with my triceps and my accessory exercises (lateral raises, reverse flies). Most importantly, I use dumbbells for my OHP and do behind-the-neck OHP using the barbell.
Switch over to dumbbells for a bit. Trust me.
I'm glad that you mentioned db ohp. I started getting really disillusioned with bb ohp and decided to do db work because I had nothing to lose. This would be my second week working with them - I do them standing and my db repping numbers are around 75% of my bb numbers but then maybe that is a weak point and needs extra attention.
Thanks for the tip.
>ugly
i bet you have an east asian fetish don't you, you little faggot
OP here, Man I love that shit my pecs also shake and spasm, as I usually do flys at end of chest workout, and I love that feeling that I know I’ve worked them hard
How much lower weight should I go for behind the neck ?
>behind-the-neck
This is a fucking meme
No one should do this crap
>implying that is bad
Redpill me on shoulder exercises. I'm a dyel who can't workout in isolation and missed out on shoulders and back for 6 months.
Op here, my personal routine is Overhead press, lateral raises, either cable or Dumbell, Dumbell shoulder press, then rear delt flys and sometimes front raises to finish
>biceps
>sumo dead
It's hard knowing i share the board with guys THIS seething about women. Do you say this shit with no sense of irony? Or did you really never self actualize enough to realize why you feel that way?
That guy is a retard man I would slam her any day, I would metaphorically pile drive that bitch
I only do OHP, Bench, and pullups.
OHP is so god-tier
I found Rippetoe's "3 sets of 5 reps" format to work best for building strength. One week I'd outright fail the final rep of the 3rd set, then 2 workouts later I'd pull off all 3 sets with 5 lbs more.
Just got a new 5-rep max at 170lbs a couple weeks ago. Any tips on form are welcome. Hoping to get a 2pl8 1rm eventually.
Yes I know I'm an absolute hairlet.
Seconding this.
Thanks user. Over head presses sound impossible with my t-rex arms. Are facepulls just a meme or do they work?
You look like youre 37
If you are pretty heavy, like 120kg+ and maybe also add a 20+kg weight on your back, could you potentially make some decent gains with pushups?
I feel like you wouldn't even get otter mode mass with push ups desu
p_st b__y
Eww that hair, am I the only one that doesn't bring the bar down the full way? I only bring it to my chin
Reverse grip bent over row is GOAT for showing off forearm muscle and veins. You feel like an idiot doing it but look like a boss if you’re one of the larger dudes in the gym
I typically do 20-30% lower but with very limited ROM and wide grip, mostly as a burnout exercise. Never go lower than parallel or you will snap your shit up so be careful with your weight and form.
Focus on your rear delt while going down and as soon as you feel that its engaged, hold for a second and push up.
Legs. Overhead press.
>OHP
Truly the most alpha exercise. You all are doing God's work.
Legs, Squats
but my favorite exercise to PR on is the almighty OHP
Yeah they work just take sure to go back far enough you feel the squeeze
Do
Seated or standing? To start am probably gonna go quite low weight so I can be familiar with the movement and not have my arms snap back
It's called half reps.
Shut up you fucking white knight faggot, the ugliest thot i smashed wasn't half this ugly
Grow some standards you pathetic incel
Sauce on girl
how new are you
>tons of 10/10 thots getting gang banged and shit
>wants source on a 4/10 5head fat blonde
Incline Dumbell Bench Press, and Deadlift
For me, its the pensky row ( pendlay row).
never got to do ohp in a proper rack since i have a shit gym so i have to clean the weight for every set. max reps is 8 with 65kg.
If i ever get a decent gym i'll probably bloat and try to get a 100kg ohp
>tfw managing 1pl8 on ohp for the first time
this, desu its kinda weird to ask for this specific photo that have absolutely nothing special.
the same happens with porn gifs, its just a normal gif and everyone asks for the video, like wtf.
Seated shoulderpress.
I notice you take breathes at the bottom of the lift and not the top/lockout. Im curious as to why and whether you've tried breathing at lockout.
Not criticizing just curious
Yes, I've tried at lockout. Mostly because sometimes the exertion warrants an exhale. But the air is a form of support, and I don't want to lose support while I'm still bearing the load halfway through the movement. Same reason I try not to exhale on diddlies until I've lowered again.
I haven't really found a big difference either way though, that's just my reasoning.
Been here since the Scooby days
lol you are literally a rage filled virgin
1. L sit pullups
2. Landmine Press
3. Back Squat
4. Weighted Dips
>hogging all the 10 lb plates
I took a tip from some strongman competitor on youtube to use a narrower grip, keep it more out in front of me and to only breathe at the top of the rep, and it made my OHP way more consistent. You might already do all those things but it's worth a thought
>women's ass
>the press:tm:
the you're doing it wrong, man
Weighted pullups.
OHP.
High Rep Squats.
Drop set leg presses.
Deadlift singles on the minute for x minutes.
Hip belt squats.
I would honestly lower 50% at least. The behind-the-neck press is a high risk low reward exercise for most.
Best body part, def my glutes or quads.
Loving doing arnold press
weighted chest dips
dbell flat bench
bbell back squat
bbell OHP
overhead tri extension w/ rope
lateral raises, slow, 1.5 rep style
dbell Romanians
sumo DL
superset dbell curls seated incline supinating > seated hammer > standing drag > cross body hammer
any kind of weighted core exercise
I really kinda like everything
Definitely ohp and deadlifts. Squat feels good when I can feel it deep in my Gooch
New Fag
you got me, I've only been around Jow Forums since 2007 :(
I know I will get flak for this, but OHP is a exercise to train what?
Arms, back, chest????
3 months at the gym, never did a single one.
Back and glutes.
>tfw standing up and ass hurts, feels goodman
>mfw qt FWB rubs my back hard when I have DOMS
>tfw I finally got to use all the endless hours of OHP for good use in a real life situation
couple of trees went down on my Dads property and went out to help him, we were using a pole saw and it got bound up in a pretty big tree so I had to get under a heavy ass mesquite tree and pushed it up til the saw came free. felt bretty good
