That's like 90g protein per meal. Its fine if you're eating 2 or 3 meals but if your protein intake is super high eventually your body will just start using the protein for energy.

I hit these macros yesterday pretty easily. I obviously prioritize fats over carbs, you could prioritize carbs and get another 90g of carbs in there. I don't eat much chicken or drink more than 24g of whey a day either
