Ohp in the squat rack
>squatting in the squat rack
>Squatting in the curl rack
>squats in the OHP rack
Where else am I supposed to ohp? The spot for diddly lifts is normally occupied.
>This thread again
Also are you following me? Every time you post this thread, it's right after I do OHP.
>bench in the squat rack
where exactly are people supposed to OHP?
Clean it you fucking pussies
>perform a completely different exercise and unnecessarily exhaust myself before performing the actual exercise I care about
yeah no thanks
That's what the janitors are for.
No. I'm already pushing myself to the limit on the final rep, or if I'm going for a 1rm. I'm not compromising the workout by expending energy getting it up when there are alternatives.
Power racks exist for a reason, do them there if the squat rack is needed.
Excellent.
Literally seen the same replies in the same thread 2 months ago
Is this shit scripted or something
>squatting and ohp in the bench press rack
if u cant power clean the ohp weight easily you shouldnt use that weight
this
It a power rack faggot, go back to your pitiful squat stand while I get fuckhuge delts over here
>Doing OHP
if you can't clean your OHP you're honestly fucking pathetically weak. Even a 225 lb clean is easy as shit, and there is no way you dyel faggots are anywhere near that weight
>IMAGINE HOGGING THE SQUAT RACK TO OHP 115 LB BECAUSE CLEANING IT ONCE IS "TOO HARD"
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
the state of this weak ass pussy board
Based
>posting this thread again
>ohp
>squats
>in the rack pull rack
I don't do barbell training regularly but this seems pretty logical to me. One clean should be enough to blow your set
shouldn't*
like this guy does
Of course I can clean my own OHP. But if the weight is worth pressing I'm not going to risk being unable to finish the set. The final rep is right on the edge of my ability every time. That's how you get stronger. If I spent effort cleaning it first I'd compromise losing the last rep and make the workout less effective.
>Even a 225 lb clean is easy as shit
Demonstrate your 2pl8 clean then.
>and there is no way you dyel faggots are anywhere near that weight
Not yet. I can do 195lbs now easily, but I intend to hit a 2pl8 OHP soon.
I cleaned 120 pounds, did 5 reps, went down to 115 pounds and set it up in the squat rack. .
>he needs a squat rack
>he doesnt clean and jerk his squat before dropping it to his shoulders and starting his set
lol dyel?
>Deadlifting in the bench press rack
>Squatting in the Suicide rack
>not just doing dumbell shoulder press
>calling the curl station squat rack
>calling the pull up cage squat rack
I've seen cycling pendlay rows with benching, just add powerclean into front squat set and rdl set in the cycle. Fuck, this might actually be a good idea. Finish your workout fast as fuck, only have to deload the bar for press. Unless you do it first while using the working weight for the press as warmup for the rest. I have to try this
>is this shit scripted
No, we just never get tired of putting retards in their place
>squatting in the shrug rack
My gym doesn’t have power racks so idgaf, nor do anyone else there.
there's no dedicated spot for OHP because no normal person actually does OHP
if you ever see someone in the gym doing standing barbell OHP, they're always a weird reddit/Jow Forums nerd, every single time
normal people do seated db press, maybe seated bb press
Pressed 200lbs at 185 last week
feels good lads
cleaning it is a waste of a rep
I never understand these threads. Is it because I go to planet fitness?
Yes. They don't have barbells, therefore Planet Fitness is fucking worthless as a gym.
>squatting in the curl rack
>squatting in the pendlay rack
Then where do you squat?
