thats a lot considering i dont eat that much, and still managed to build that much of muscle

2 chocolate milks 250 ml


and then i eat dinner at night, mediterranean diet

then i eat some fruits lol

nothing else is my diet

I just shoot for 1g per lb of body weight. You need 1g per lb of LEAN body weight but if you over shoot then the daya youre going under dont matter
