>have varicocele >left nut aches whenever I do anything too strenuous or physical >literally any exercise It’s like the one thing that I loved/enjoyed doing has been taken from me. I’ve been to a doctor already about twice, had two ultrasounds and have a urologist appointment on the 19TH of July.
How do I /cope/
My best bet is dieting, cutting most of the excess fat off then starting over once I get surgery, r-right?
Live with the pain, retard. Your doctors are trying to scam you.
Dominic Sanchez
You didn't ask your doctors? I wouldn't take advice from anyone here with actual medical problems.
Leo Cruz
If I feel pain he told me not to fuck around with anything too strenuous, even leg exercises with resistance. Fucking kms Live with the pain XD

I had the surgery done and a year later had it again. I finally cured mine after doing a ton of kegels. Also, you may not have a varicocele. You might have pulled your groin. I had left testicular pain for a while and after seeing doctors (who were worthless), my chiropractor told me I pulled my groin and to stretch my groin muscles. Healed after a few weeks. If it's a varicocele, you also need to lay off ejaculation. That plus kegels will help, it worked for me. Otherwise you'll end up getting the surgery every couple years because doctors are worthless in that area. Good luck.

Just shave it

So ejaculate 1-2 a week at most. Thank you and I’m sorry this returned...

If you don't believe that your doctor is properly considering your weightlifting goals, ask for a referral to your nearest Sports Medicine clinic so you can brainstorm ways to continue your exercise without exacerbating your health issues. If the Sports Medicine doc tells you to take a break, you probably SHOULD.

Yes, but you may need to abstain even longer, it just depends on how long your body needs to heal. Many guys will have a varicocele in their lives but when it gets painful, that's when you have a problem. I believe mine started after lifting something at my work and ejaculating too much put an additional strain on my left testicle. Start doing kegels right away, abstain from sex, and stretch the groin (just in case it's a pulled groin which can radiate as pain in testicle). Kegels was a huge improvement for me.
Juan Brooks
I never knew this was an actual thing. I thought I had a hernia and the ultrasound was negative
When I do heavy squats or deads my left nut aches. It's not a sharp pain that makes me have to stop working out its just really uncomfortable. I started doing light squats for a while and it went away. Tried doing heavy one day the ache came back. So I'm pretty much done with that

One more thing. The left testicle takes a longer path in the body (see pic in op post) and pain can be exasperated by left leg and left stomach / oblique issues. It's a unique path compared to the right testicle which is why it's the common testicle for guys to get problems with. So, think holistically about it as well and ask yourself if you've strained any muscles that may affect the pathway of the left side.
Bentley Johnson
Sounds like a pulled groin with pain radiating to the testicle. Do some butterfly stretches
Christopher Taylor
Get the surgery. I did it 4 years ago cause my left net was hurting badly. Btw it was really quick; they did an embolization. Also, I paid nothing since I live in a commie country.
Brody Gonzalez
I had it in both testicles. Researched the surgery seemed like it doesn't work. Took a while to figure it out but working my core, glutes, and hip internatl and external rotation fixed it for me.
Gabriel Perry
Does stretching help/yoga?
David Morales
Yeah, it helped especially stretching my posterior chain.
Christian Long
how do you know that u have it? symptoms?
Zachary Barnes
Also be cognizant of when it starts to flare up. I noticed whenever i stood or sat my balls hurt pretty badly , but when i laid down the pain and swelling seemed to go down significantly. Same goes for exercises after every one i tried i feel my spermatic cord to see if there was any improvement.
Levi Gray
Veins above testicle resembles bag of worms I stand typically most of my time at my job or I’m moving something constantly basically so sometimes the pain is so bad I’ll even have to limp
Jason Garcia
what other anons said about stretching and working out is spot on. There is another thing that can help, horse chestnut extract, look it up on examine, it boosts circulation and has a great effect on varicose veins.
Nathaniel Barnes
*thought I had varicocele for years *it was actually a hernia
