I just... Can't do this anymore. Why am I still lifting? What's the point? Don't I get sadder seeing people in the gym every time? Doesn't seeing 15 year olds that's much taller and stronger than me hurts my soul?
Why do I still go to there? Is it because of my determination? Maybe it has become a habit? Or I just don't want my money to get wasted?

I don't get it

Keep going

you are not gonna make it

I'm an inch shorter and started out way lighter than that, just eat more nigger, and make sure you follow a real program instead of making up your own or following some dumb shit you read on Jow Forums

I'm 5'7.5 and I started in the 120s also. The main challenge for "men" like us is eating. Never stop eating.

>tfw I just went three days without eating anything and hardly even noticed it
AAAAAAAAA

Yeah...
I'm just doing whatever gym coach says. But nothing can help my bones.
Did eating helped your shoulders to look at least a bit wider?

Post dinner.

I hope your gym coach is saying starting Strength

5'6" here. How the fuck do you guys struggle with gains? On a small frame its so easy to eat surplus calories I do OMAD at least 5 days a week and I'm struggling to get down under 32" waist pants and I can 1234 pl8

I grew up never eating anything so I got used to it

Post pics cutie

Stop being a self defeatist pussy and just start improving. You may suck right now, but imagine yourself just a few months down the line if you continue to acquire strength.

A big thing that works for me is imagining where I would be right now if I had only worked harder a few months prior. It helps me avoid making the same mistake.

Just eat rice and beans and meat and drink milk. You'll bulk right up bro trust me. In high school I maintained a weight of 195 lbs give or take and squated 360 lbs. Every time you think you're thirsty have a pint of milk.

Well I guess so. Pretty much everything is 4 sets x 12 reps in my program.
I was malnutritioned while growing and I got used to it
Used to look like pic related but I gained weight. Now I have a starting belly.
Based mindset user.
Actually I went to gym for 3 months, then I couldn't go for 1.5 month.
I lost all my gains. It was chest only for some reason but I lost them anyway. Started again 10 days ago

Delicious
You should post more

transition

You should be able to gain it back faster because your body has muscle memory.

Yeah I kind of noticed that...

OP here. I have to sleep now (europoor) for my gains. I hereby declare that I won't be responding to any more replies. I'm sorry. Have a nice day.
