I went to the gym for the first time ever. As soon as I walked in, I noticed this absolute hulk of a man deadlifting 250 like it was nothing, a groups of chads chilling.
I felt so goddamn out of the place with these people, I ended up hiding in the washroom waiting for them to leave but more people showed up.
So I fucking left without lifting a single weight.
What the fuck do I do? Do I have to come earlier? I seriously don't want to work out at home again.
but DL 250lbs IS nothing also, stop caring unless you're a smelly fatass, no one gives a single shit
Aiden Robinson
I have a similar issue. We have a gym at our apartment complex and I have to leave if anyone comes in. It's only happened a few times since I go either at 6 am or 10 pm but I'm hoping once I get over this anxiety I can eventually get a real gym membership.
Nathan Wilson
I deadlift 630 and all natural. You’ll get there. Just avoid roids if you want to keep your gains permanently. Slow and steady wins the race. Real men don’t use roids or hgh. Facts.
Chase Baker
Man I go every day and think about shit like that like 1/3rd of the time there despite knowing no one gives a shit when i’m not hogging their barbell. Idgaf if that’s all between me and making it. You just have to do it even if it makes you want to die that’s all. Stop being a bitch.
Zachary Brooks
Just think that those niggas were just like you when they started
Isaiah Price
Go to the gym daily (maybe early morning?) and don’t miss a session. Soon you’ll be fit and the most comfortable person there. Pick the most alpha user and make him your new rival. Just get out of your head and bust your ass until you realize those thoughts are pointless
Thomas Moore
How many old weak boomers do you see? Are they being anxious? If not why are you?
Nicholas Smith
>just stop caring >nobody is paying attention to you It's a trick don't fall for it. They say this to lure you into a false sense of security. Then, BAM! they record your skinny/fat ass, post it here, and you become a meme across the internet, a mockery for the rest of your life. DON'T.RISK.IT.
Lincoln Bell
He may have meant kilograms.

it helps to have a plan so you know what you are supposed to do. That is why SS is such a great starting point because it tells you exactly what to do and how to do it and it includes things how to rack the weights, how the equipment is used and so on.
Thomas Evans
>got enough courage to go to the gym >arrive and sit in my car and watch all the hulks lifting through the window >pussied out and drove home >came back the next day when there was less people >did some simple stuff and went on the treadmill >did my research on how to train and tried something new each time i went
That's how I got started. Now 5 months later I absolutely love going to the gym, I haven't had a single day where I felt like I had to drag myself to it. Absolutely NOBODY gives a fuck my guy. You CAN do it, and you're gonna enjoy it.
Brother, if you're autistic, try working your way up.
Go in, do some light weight dumbell work in the corner until you make confidence gains.
You can always just sit on a bench on your phone and no one will say anything.
Adrian Lee
That's what I'm fucking terrified about, there are countless videos out there that just basically shit on people in the gym if their form is a little off, instead of providing tips, they just sit and laugh.
Lucas Sanders
Easiest way to get over it is to stop leaving when someone comes in.
Bentley Watson
OP, it doesn't fucking matter what the fuck anyone else in the gym is doing, literally no one gives a fuck about you there and the ones that do are fucking cunts that can get fucked anyway. I get the apprehension I was the same way when I first started. Fuckin no idea what I was doing and scared of everyone there.
Thats okay. Just dont be a fucking retard and do stupid shit to draw attention to yourself to the point where you end up on Youtube. Fucking up at the gym is inevitable no one goes in there knowing exactly how its all gonna go down their first time.
Pic related, me now after years of dedication and consistent lifting. Not perfect but a fuck of alot better from the 6' 120lbs fuckin bean pole I was when i started that was scared of his own shadow.
Just workout man, nobody cares Come on man, you can do it!
Ethan Sullivan
>Stick with it, you will fucking make it. how would you know if you never made it?
Landon Long
zack?
I just do my own thing, no biggie. Don't worry about other people OP
Grayson Lopez
My life is dope now, I got a 10/10 Gf, Sick Firefighting job, I feel like I've made it enough to not give a fuck about your opinion, faggot. So I've made it in terms of what I set out to do. You'll know it when you get there.
Cunt.
Luke Hernandez
>Sick Firefighting you mean you put out fires with vomit?
Brayden White
Holy shit, impressive. I hope to make gains like that one day
