i need insane amount of calories but i can't cook, what do you guys recommend, anything that can be eaten off a shelf or from a fridge without cooking is the requirement

Shy of that, I suggest taking 3-4 cans of salmon, putting them in a big bowl and mixing them with a fork together with copious mayonaise, salt and pepper.
That, with a side of frozen veggies put in a microwave safe bowl filled with water and nuked for 10min, just drain and add salt and pepper

Slow cooker is the easiest way to cook shit like chicken with barely any effort.
Slow cookers are BASED.
Just throw whatever in before you leave for the day and come home to perfectly juicy finished meal.
Makes your house smell amazing too.

throw a chicken on a pan + olive oil and it's ready in 5 mins.
my famous chicken meatballs n rice
ingredients:
1 kg chicken mince
1 cup breadcrumbs
~300 grams of raw rice. i use jasmine because i like jasmine fuck brown rice
optional:
some spices you like, play around and chuck random stuff in the mixture if you want
a small side of broc
how 2 do:
mix chiken, breadcrumbs and any spices in a big mixing bowl with your hands. make anywhere between 15 to 25 roughly equal sized balls and place them onto a baking tray
bake on 180 C fan forced (no idea what that is in F) for about 20 minutes
in the mean time cook the rice, obviously
the end result will equal three portions of a meal with ~70g of protein and ~1000-1200 kcal depending on what kind of rice/breadcrumbs you use. really fucken easy to make and goddamn it tastes nice. have some in the fridge right now.
heres an improvement on your recipe: brown the meatballs in a pan with some veg oil first and cut the cooking time by like 2 mins or something to avoid overcooking
add garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, turmeric, a touch of cinnamon and red pepper flakes to the meat for a middle eastern flair

crock pot shredded chicken is god tier and no work
chicken breast + chicken stock + whatever spices you want 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
Most of my meals are prepped chicken breast, broccoli, and oatmeal.
