Nutrition, exercise, get 8 hour of sleep and take care of your mental health. Don't let these guys get to you it's mostly banter. Who cares how tall you are if you take care of yourself and have a good personality. Don't walk around with self hate like alot of the people on this board. You become what you practice most. Be the best version of yourself.
Fasting is not a bad option 24-48hrs is a good start and pair that with intermittent fasting most days of the week.
Calculate your TDEE from a calculator on bodybuilding.com and have a macro split of 33% protein 34% fat and 33% carbs or 40/40/20. Just make sure you're losing weight each week and adjust the calories depending on results.
You need to find a training routine that you can be consistent with. Calisthenics are good but so are weights, I use both. Try to workout each muscle group twice a week but don't beat yourself up if you fall short because something is better than nothing.
For cardio you'll wanna do mainly HIIT but do that on the days that you don't lift weights or do LISS after your resistance training. Don't do HIIT too often because it's strenuous on the body. You still need to train on fasting and intermittent fasting times but of you're fasting just don't go quite as hard because you won't be repairing muscles as well those days but still train.
Focus on compound movements to build overall strength to build lean mass that will help burn more calories. Abs are made in the gym but revealed in the kitchen meaning you still have to work out the muscles if you want them to grow but you have to be a a caloric deficit to burn body fat.
If you don't follow any fitness personalities I would recommend Athlean-X and for fasting the Snake Diet.

If all you're after is visible abs then fasting would work pretty well.
Nothing quite compares to going to a gym and lifting heavy weights though.

I'm Nigerian so I eat mostly yam based food with a lot of proteins (beans, eggs, meats) lot of fried or baked meat with red palm oil. In addition to that also
