I started drinking milk and eating peanut butter and found it easier to reach my calories for the day. Went from 165 to 185 I'm a month and a half at 5'10". I eat atleast 3/4 cup for peanut butter and 32oz of milk a day and easily eat 4.5k Cal which is 1k over my goal.

Have you been drinking your calories? Pb, oats, milk, protein in a blender. Depending on how much you put in this can easily be 700-900 kcal. If that's too heavy in your stomach just straight up buy maltodextrin on Amazon and add that instead of some oats.
