so what do I do? Im stuck in this cycle. Can't train legs because everybody sees the huge guy squat baby weight, but then can never get to bigger weight

This is a troll post, because both of those numbers (the OHP much more so than the squat) are either in the somewhat decent, higher-tier range of what most young adult males at the gym at any given time will do (the squat), or are otherwise flat out impossible for 90% of them and will get you mires (the OHP). I had a knee injury last year and now in a similar position. Though I can still squat more, it's diminished greatly and I've noticed since my knee doesn't bend like it used to. Whenever I squat now I end up with the weight falling forwards and my heels lifting.

Do deep, slow, ass-to-grass squats in sets of 10.
