Be a man and aim for 70lbs overweight.

Take a break and use your gains for some practical shit. Also, try out some different routines, your body can get used to the same thing after a while.

Start over with lifts in 15rep range (5-8 sets) with perfect form.

Go into it thinking that it's a vacation from lifting heavy and a chance to really feel every muscle fiber and build a stronger mind/muscle connection.

Work on stretching and gaining a wider range of motion. Once you've gained wider range of motion....think of it as "new muscle territory" unlocked.

Dumbbell presses with hands below ribcage
Squats with ass to floor
Strict form, no chest curls.

Add a resistance band to basically everything.
Add "thick grip" extensions

Switch routine and eat more is what Alan Thrall recommends.

I recommend 5/3/1, but honestly just switching shit up will help.
If 5/3/1 is too little volume, do a 5x5 or something else, just switch shit up.

Change up your routine. Add in different lifts, different types of cardio, hiking/ rock climbing etc. I use this tactic to reset my motivation every few months and it works great

reduce the fat and slightly decrease calories if you're trying to cut, lifts won't be going up while you're doing it

I usually only hit 2000 cals but i ran and lifted that day so i was like 1100cals in the hole which will really fuck me up the next day. I prefer higher fat, since i find it easier to hit my protein goals without whey and doing higher carbs makes me hungrier

You say you're tired of being overweight yet you are eating at a surplus?

My tdee is around 2500-2800 depending on the day, on that particular day i lifted for 2 hours and did 3 miles. I was easily at a 700-800 cal deficit even with going above my "goal" macros

reduce fat down to 50-60grams and put the calories in to carbs and you'll most likely feel better. If you are in a deficit then you are gonna feel tired, your lifts are gonna stall its normal while losing weight.

Do a deload week and then start lifting like ypu did before. Rewigh yourself and adjust your tdee and bulk goal

Set a goal to work towards by a specific date or else you'll get fat and she'll leave you for chad
