Anyone else just have a cup of black coffee or caffeine pill? I feel like most modern pre workouts actually make me lift worst, for some reason the pumps feel like garbage to me. Also once you've had the best pre workouts (jack3d, craze, anything with 1-3 dim) it's hard to go back to these mega dosed pre workouts.

Some redditors said their lifts went up by 10-20lbs when they started using pwos, could be shills though idk. Are they really useful? I used to think they were just a shitload of caffeine.

Yea your right most pre-work outs are just caffeine but you can get a good jolt from black cup of coffee also warms your body up so thermogenic affect as well
I bought this stuff couple months ago so I'm just using it before it clumps on me really like the beta aline effect when your skin is on fire though but you build a tolerance to it fast.
Also caffeine is vasoconstrictor so that's a negative for me. I get fuller pumps with out a pre and just take a carb meal before
They do give you an edge. The caffeine is partly the reason but the main reason is the creatine, beta alanine and other meme ingredients. If you want to be cost effective just buy the creatine and drink some instant coffee. It won't be the exact same but your lifts will improve because of the creatine and you'll have more energy bc of the caffeine
