It's hard, especially if you're on your own. Huge learning curve. It's taken me a year to be able to deadlift with a neutral spine and get very close to depth/occasionally hit depth on squat. Learning how to self wrap was an absolute bitch and I still can't use a bench shirt to touch consistently. My bench shirt is really shitty though, and my squat suit is the best one you can get. Isley couldn't do anything with the same bench shirt I'm using, and he's really good now with a different one. If I can get an upgrade, even a minor one, I think I'd benefit hugely.

If I tested anything besides my bench I'd let you know. Only 10 lbs on bench, but pretty massive stability and form gains. Bw is consistent at 220.

I use titan titaniums which are really stretchy, so I can't really help you out there. Only thing I can say is to start at the bottom, flex the shit out of your quad and point your toes up, and use needle nose pliers to finish them. The last part will shred them but it makes finishing them easier and more consistent.
