Why would you have one entire day dedicated only to biceps? Do you work out 7 days a week?
>bicep day
never gonna make it
>drinks flavored creatine once
You have a day dedicated to biceps? Unless you're lifting 7 days a week--which you really shouldn't be--that "bicep day" just be generally arm day. Biceps, triceps, shoulders, forearms, etc...
I cut all contact with anybody who does anything resembling an arm day.
Pretty much yes, I had my bicep session monday and I paired it with the pecs one. You can't do much more than curls. You could do pull ups using the biceps but it's bad for your joints. For the retards: you can do sessions dedicated to single muscle groups but you have to train twice a day.
Arms are the most important muscle in the body of course you should workout them?
why do u have a bicep day idiot
this post will trigger Jow Forums
>does bicep day
>doesn’t just do 10 x 5 dead hang pull-ups and go home
I took the bait. You got noodle arms if your curling not even including the “biceps day”
you can have an arms day or you can have a back and biceps day
I don't take catposting threads seriously
awww that kittie is cute
You should work on your legs and form user. We all know that’s were you struggle
>biceps day
This better be bait, mate.
Stop hating on biceps day, there is literally nothing wrong with it if you work out a lot during the week. I lift 6 days/week and use the biceps day as a motivational/pump/confidence booster day and semi-recovery.
that kitty is probably stir fry now
in highschool we did
monday - biceps
tuesday - legs
wednesday - chest
thursday - back
friday - triceps
Worked fine.
>This fag doesn't have a bicep day
Ngmi
That's decent enough for arm growth since you are hitting triceps on chest and tricep day and biceps on biceps and back day
