I regularly post this in "progress" threads and ask what % bodyfat I am in each picture. And like clockwork Jow Forums reveals how clueless it is as people come up with differences of 8% or more.

There's one guy who claims to have got semi-OK looking by fasting. I guess that means we can disregard all the evidence we have saying it is bad for you, because there's no way that a psychotic guy (seriously, read what he writes; he's fucking crazy) would lie on the internet about how he achieved his moderately decent results and one example is all you need to prove that a method is universally the best diet for everyone looking to lose fat.

I don't remember anyone saying it is impossible to lose any fat at all by fasting. Obviously if you are in a calorie deficit, your body will use fat reserves. Eventually, you will get lean. The 'water weight' thing is in response to people who fast for three days and then post 'wow, I lost 20 lbs. in three days, and it's definitely all fat because my misinterpretation of what snake-diet-man says means I can't lose any muscle while fasting and the human body is literally only muscle, fat, and stuff which can't change'.

If you wanted to actually respond to the sensible criticism that people have of fasting, you could explain how the hell you are meant to maintain muscle (which needs constant repair) without protein, or how fasting bypasses the normal limits of fat release from the body's stores. But instead, you will just post this image and some straw-man arguments because you really want to be in the special club of people who know the one true method and don't like being told that it isn't the most efficient way to achieve your goals.

Enjoy your eating disorder and inevitable fat gain because you failed to put in the hard work building actual healthy eating habits.
